Sailing around the Caribbean sea on Manureva a 43 ft Fountaine Pajot Catamaran. We study local cuisine, culture, music and languages.
French, German and Spanish are all improving although Patois is slow in coming.
New fruits and vegetables, and local recipes are tried and used to create our own. We listen to performances and play when we can.
All Caribbeans are helpful, friendly and extremely polite.
